Rihanna Appeared Wearing A Long T-shirt With No Pants And A Bucket Hat At The 95th Acadamy Awards

The 9-time Grammy-winning singer made an unusual appearance by wearing a casual outfit at the grand Oscar ceremony where she was performing “Lift Me Up” from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. The Oscar ceremony is just another huge opportunity to watch Rihanna’s grand performance.

The 35-year-old singer escape the red carpet and directly showed up backstage in casual wear to prepare for the performance. However, it might be a casual outfit for her but not for the public as her only Jean Paul Gaultier bucket hat cost $380, and her other outfit includes an Eagles Jersey and Puma sneakers.

After her grand Super Bowl halftime performance, people are dying to watch her another mindblowing performance. Amid these huge concerts, the singer is also working on her new (ninth) album which will release before the end of 2023.

At The 95th Academy Awards Rihana was nominated in the Best Music (Original Song) Category for her song Lift Me Up (From Black Panther: Wakanda Forever) along with fellow other nominees which include “Applause” by Diane Warren from Tell It Like a Woman, “Hold My Hand” by Lady Gaga and Bloodpop from Top Gun, “Naatu Naatu” by M.M. Keeravaani and Chandrabose from RRR, and “This Is a Life” by Ryan Lott, David Byrne and Mitski from Everything Everywhere All at Once.

Rihanna gave two huge performances on the biggest platform during her second pregnancy, where she also announced her second pregnancy during her Super Bowl halftime live performance by revealing her pregnant belly. A week before the Oscar Rihanna had joked on Instagram saying her son was jealous of his upcoming sibling who was going to oscar with his mama but not him. Rihanna captioned the post while also adding his pictures  “my son when he found out his sibling is going to the Oscars and not him.”

The Umbrella Singer talks about motherhood on British Vogue, where she expressed her struggles during the first few months of parenthood. She says

“Oh, my God, it’s legendary. It’s everything. You really don’t remember life before, that’s the craziest thing ever. You literally try to remember it – and there are photos of my life before – but the feeling, the desires, the things that you enjoy, everything, you just don’t identify with it because you don’t even allow yourself mentally to get that far, because… Because it doesn’t matter.”
