American Billionaire Paris Hilton Talks About The Tragic Dark Side Of Her Life Through Her New Book “Paris: The Memoir”

The 42-year-old media personality revealed her dark tragic truth through her memoir saying “she had nothing to do with the infamous Sex Tape.” Hilton claimed that she never had a hand in making that sex tape where she had appeared with her then-boyfriend American poker player Rick Salomon who was 31 years old at that time while Hilton was just 19 years old.

Hilton claimed that the people who know her closely know that she could never do the things like that and even if she had done it with her awareness, she would have made a better one. Hilton stated in her book

“The lighting would have been better. I would have had proper hair, makeup, and wardrobe. The camera angles and editing would have been more flattering.”

The simple life alum astutely says she doesn’t have that poor taste

“I would not have had the poor taste to dedicate a porn flick to the victims of 9/11″

The tape was made in 2001, at that time Hilton was just a young girl searching for love and met a boy who was 12 years older than her and thought he might understand her, unfortunately, she failed in the Adult play game, and became a victim. Rick Salomon had been married twice to a famous Canadian-American actress Pamela Anderson (First 2007-2008 and 2014-2015).

Paris did not refer to Salomon’s name directly in her book rather she indicated by calling him “coarse, arrogant” and said he is the perfect guy for those girls who have been going through self-destructive, breakdowns in their life.” She says she does not remember much about that night when the tape was made as they both had partied, after which Salomon tries to convince her to make the tape.

“He had often said it was something he did with other women … he kept pushing. I kept making excuses.”

She continued by telling how he threatened her to make the tape

“it was just for us, no one else would ever see it. And then he told me if I wouldn’t do it, he could easily find someone who would, and that was the worst thing I could think of — to be dumped by this grown man because I was a stupid kid who didn’t know how to play grown-up games.”

At that time it was normal for her to trust another person because she was just 19 and already had suffered from childhood abuse in the boarding school, so she trusted the person who showed her love and made him feel better but she did not realize that her slightly mistake could change her life completely. Paris also claimed it was true that she wanted “to be alive in a sensual way” but never wanted to make it public just to gain some attention.

Paris was in Australia promoting her new series “The Simple Life” when her then-boyfriend had already released her SEX TAPE On the internet and within an hour the various rumors started spreading everywhere. People assumed that the tape would be followed by a full-length porno.

The “Stars are Blind” singer says she begged him not to release the tape but he had already done without even giving her any warnings. She wrote

“He sounded distant and cool. saying it was too late, it was already out there. He said he had every right to sell something that belonged to him — something that had a lot of financial value.”

She continued by telling how much she and her family member suffered after the TAPE took a big place on the internet

“The release of that video cost me an insane amount of money and more importantly, it devastated my family. And it will never go away. It’s out there waiting for my children, who will be confronted with it someday.”

The ‘Confessions of an Heiress’ author says she hated the idea of sex after she was sexually abused in a Utah boarding school since then she started having horrific memory of that moment which would haunt her every time she tries to have a good sexual relationship. She claims to have suffered from mental, sexual, and psychological trauma while attending the boarding school.

She talks about her craving for intimacy, that she loved kissing but she would be scared if it lead to sex and sometimes it would lead to her being branded “frigid or a “c–k-tease” or accused of “faking it.” She says sometimes her friends would talk about having orgasms but she says “I was thinking, ‘Sure. That doesn’t even exist.’ I thought it was something in the movies.”

Paris’s Parents Rick and “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” actress Kathy Hilton decided to send her away after she constantly snuck out to New York nightclubs to party. She wrote

“Sometimes party nights went on for days, and I came home to find Mom sitting on my bed crying,”

Paris says in her book that the incident is still a touchy subject in her home and that is the reason her parents were forced to send her away to start a new journey

“The decision to send me away is a rough topic for my parents. They haven’t shown me any records [from it] … We’re all living with the brutal legacy of this the best way we know how, and they have expressed regret, in their way.

Hilton emotionally says about being abandoned by her own parents

“For a long time, I just wanted to hear them say, ‘I’m sorry we made a terrible mistake.’ But they’re just not there yet. Maybe they never will be. And that’s okay.”

Amid these, all the drama there was a person who understood her and helped her during her tough time whom she refers to by saying middle-school teacher Mr. Abercrombie. Abercrombie would call her every night saying how ‘amazing and beautiful and intelligent’ she was. She says the teacher groomed her by saying Priscilla Presley was 14 years old when American singer Elvis Presley fell in love with her.

Eventually, they became close to each other, later he came into her family house when her parents were not there and they kissed. Later they eventually got caught by her mom and dad in the car. The former model had previously talked about being raped and roofied by a man she met in the Los Angeles Mall when she was 15 years old. She writes

“I have visions of him on top of me, covering my mouth, being like, ‘You’re dreaming, you’re dreaming,’ and whispering that in my ear,”

Hilton suffered from many things at an early age and got into a rough relationship that only destroyed her however in her book she also talks about finally being in a relationship with the right person with whom she was engaged from 2002 to 2003. She says

“I loved Jason, and we talked about spending the rest of our lives together, but I knew I wasn’t in the right place to make that kind of commitment. It had nothing to do with him … I just wasn’t capable of being honest or loyal or whole.”

But another big problem took place in her life when she found out that she was pregnant with the baby, after which she became paralyzed with anxiety. Later she agreed to get an abortion which she says now to be the right choice.

“Trying to continue that pregnancy with the physical and emotional issues I was dealing with at the time would have been a train wreck for everyone involved. At that moment in my life, I was in no way capable of being a mother.”

Finally, Hilton found the right person for her life in 2021 with who she can spend the rest of her life. Paris and Carter Reum met in early 2021 and after knowing each other closely they immediately took their relationship to marriage and the couple tied the knot on November 11, 2021. The couple also welcomed their first child son named Phoenix in January  2023 via surrogacy.
